General Assembly Meeting
Sunday, November 3, Following Divine Liturgy

Please attend and participate in a General Assembly meeting directly following Divine Liturgy on Sunday November 3, 2024, which will be held at All Holy Spirit.

Key information about the General Assembly:

• We will be celebrating Liturgy and having the General Assembly at All Holy Spirit located at 450 South 193^rd Street, Elkhorn Ne 68022. Following Liturgy, we will hold our General Assembly meeting in the event center.
• As you will see on the enclosed agenda, the primary purpose of this Assembly is, as usual for the Fall Assembly, addressing the year end business of the parish.
• Liturgy will start at 9:30 am and the Assembly will start immediately after.

As a reminder, Archdiocese Uniform Parish Regulations for voting at an Assembly are:

• Parishioners must be present to vote.  Proxies are not permitted.
• Parishioners must have offered their 2024 stewardship pledge to All Holy Spirit at least 30 days prior to the Assembly to be eligible to vote.
• New parishioners may vote if they have signed a stewardship pledge card at least 3 months prior to voting and are current in their stewardship
• Parishioners must have fulfilled 90% of their 2024 stewardship pledge on or before the day of the vote.
• Parishioners must pay any balance on prior year stewardship before the day of the vote.
